The document is of particular interest as 1935, (the year that appears on my birth certificate and that of the Dalai Lama) was a year that nothing much else of any note happened.

Judging by Google you should be able to pick up a copy for a tenner or less.

So goes the last of my hopes for a hidden fortune amongst the few possessions I acquired when I was orphaned.

But I don't make love in public, nor do I carry a lamp in daylight to search for a virtuous man (the two comments are not, I gather, related) . I do however agree that the best wine to drink is that bought by someone else.

And whatever the character of my late mother I am not in the habit of throwing stones.
