A bit of a hitch
Look, I'm an old man. I shouldn't be expected to put up with this.

Re: A bit of a hitch
I don't think that the sheep are too worried, they know that it's not the volt's that kill, but the aaaaahhmmps.Blackadder: "Allow me to be the first to offer Dr. Johnson my most sincere contrafibularities! I am anaspeptic, frasmotic, even compunctuous to have caused him such pericombobulation."

Re: A bit of a hitch
Thank goodness it's not a hitch with your new camera!
As for the sheep, let's hope they can read.
It reminds me of an old nursery rhyme:-
Mary had a little lamb
She tied it to a pylon
10,000 volts went up its ****
And turned its wool to nylon.John

Well spotted shots.....have those fences always been that severe.I always thought they were just a few volts - like a battery
No wonder it hurt when I was a kid "they" said it did not hurt if you touched it
They showed me by just quickly holding it - but guess who held on for too long.....ME...ouch ouch ouch.I bet that's why I am the only one who has lost their hair in later lifeKeith

I too fell foul of an electric fence when I was younger. Not realizing what it was I straddled it when climbing over and steadied myself by gripping it with both hands.................John

Re: A bit of a hitch
Well Pete, I have to say your first shot is original. The contrast between hard metal and grass, mineral and vegetable, is most effective.
Hmm, the second brings back a shocking memory as recently as last year when I got a nasty boot from an electric fence when I started using it as a camera rest without noticing what it was.
