Yep, it's fine. It's small because it''s on my blog.

        Re: Ginko

Aw thanks Chevvy. Someone has just told me I should warn potential readers that it's gritty, especially towards the end. Well, it is a crime novel. Think Rebus type grit. It's gritty but it's not that graphic. I hope nobody sues be because they chewed their knuckles at the ending. ;-)

I'm trying to spread the word a bit before Christmas because I think lots of people will be getting a Kindle. me included. (I hope.)

The reason I posted this Ginko photo is that I tried to post it in a gardening forum and it threw a wobbly. Went up here OK.

            Anything to oblige.

This is indeed Ginko biloba from which ther herbal medicine is made. It's a living fossil. The leaves turn the most gorgeousdbuttery yellow in autumn.

                Re: Ginko

They turn up in unexpected places. There was one in the churchyard where I used to live and I never noticed until I saw a butter yellow leaf on the ground.

I've got some shots of Beth Chatto's in my Flickr streamand on my evelyntent blog. (I removed some in the hopes of selling an article... no such luck.)
