What am I to do with a camera that has gone all psychedelic on me?

Looks like the sensor has developed a primary electronic oscillation defect, which causes straight lines to become wavey and distorted in the recorded image. It needs returning to Olympus for calibration I'm afraid.
Alternatively, you could just turn the camera the right way up and photograph the actual building, rather than it's reflection.
