    I think the photographer has missed 'the decisive moment' by about half a second.
    Its nice and its very NG of its ethnicity type of photo. I don't think that NG do people very well. Probably a broad swipe but that's how I see it.

      Got to be as it is, that's why we photograph things, otherwise we would be cloning every photo to get what we want rather than what we see.
