I didn't notice the birds in the shot until I got it into the computer.. by then it was too late to retake.

OxO the birds are fine for me, actually it's a shame there wasn't a larger bird in silouette to add a focus. As it is I'd just increase the saturation of the sunset a bit to increase the drama.
