A surprise invitation to go to Donington Park for the European Truck Racing Championships was a very pleasant Easter day out. Not only trucks but Pick-Ups and 'Legends' (5/8th scale replicas of USA classics) and Formula Renault. Challenging subjects to say the least and Sunday's light was not the best. All comments welcomed.

All very nice. Number one is my favourite though, lots going on in that image.

Thanks Fridgemagnet. I took loads of shots on the day, and I could only post 5 attachments to this particular post. I'll add some more to a second post later.

Oh these are something different! You don't see this on here everyday, some crackers there too. I think the fisrt one is my fav, its got the element of speed and agression all in one image

Nice shots ! My fav is 4. It looks like it maybe ??? a Plymouth Prowler ?
Thruston in Hampshire has some Truck racing soon - I just may now be inspired to go !

Thanks Chevvyf1 - can't say I'm a motorsports fan but being trackside has certainly wetted my appetite too. The European Truck Championship are back at Donington in November so I may make another visit.
