    What can I do to improve impact?

    Hi David, if you mean in post processing, just a few observations and suggestions, but remember they are based on my own preferences so may not suit yours or others. Its a nice pic as is but to introduce impact.

    1-The colour balance of the land is to mellow yellow for my taste and also lessens the opportunity to induce a little more impact.

    2-The sky needs more mood and the rainbow needs more more contrast.

    3-And this is really just me, but with the line of white wind turbines being so little they distract me and I would take them out but others may dissagree.

    Try selecting just the land and colour balancing it and adding a little more contrast, then reverse the selection and work on the sky and rainbow.
