After fireworks at Harwich for the New Year, the following evening was very quiet - even Felixtowe docks seemed to have gone to sleep. I just liked the cranes and the way the evening sky seemed to echo their shape.
A couple from the Harwich fireworks - it seems very hard to get the colours balanced, as the intensity of the white light dominates the display and you lose the greens and blues that the eye can see.
