I like the composition and I like the long exposure flattening the water, but, yes, for me the colours seem over the top. OTOH, if that's what you actually saw, go with it!

A very nice image and it doeas not looked overcooked to me , but in my opinion it needs some cropping of the bottom because as it is with the horrizon slap bang in the middle it looks a little to static.

It is a very nice picture, but, yes, I think the colour is over the top. I agree with cropping some off the bottom and I think it would be stronger in monochrome. Not black and white, but sepia or something similar.
