Managed to get out yesterday to have a play with the camera...


From the darkness to the light..

Wild orchid? these were growing everywhere

I was in forest where Oaks, Elms, Birch and Hazel grow in abundance yet for some reason this little sapling caught my attention

And my favorite showing life in death..

Can't wait for the classes to start to learn how to use the camera properly

Not an Orchid, but a Himalayan Balsam - Impatiens glandulifera. Considered to be an invasive weed.

Thanks Rocky, I was not sure which is why I put the question mark after it, It's nice to know for future refrence.
I'm not surprised its classed as an "invasive weed" as I was in this area 3 or 4 weeks ago and there was no sign of them now they are everywhere, still pretty mind
