  • Sky on Fire

Drove around looking for something to get in a shot with the BIG RED sun that was developing the other evening...could not find anything and ended up at a place I know is a cert to see the sun go all the way down.
Just got there with about a 1/5 th of it left but still set up camera in case a good afterglow started.
After about 15 mins the skyfire had virtually died down when I heard a load of noise coming up the hill and not yet in view...I was poised to shoot and then saw why the sun had died...no wonder there's a drought forcast...must have used one hell of a lot of water.
All it needed was for me to get it in focus.....
