Hi all

Haven't been very well recently so haven't been on here for a while, I've been lying very low.

Here are some shots from an explore we did last weekend. Was a bit silent hill-esk, totally abandoned and desolate.

stunning susan i spotted them in your gallery, so voted on a few ,the hdr has realy made them stand out.

im hoping to go to an abandend mental home tomorow,or atleast i think it was a mental home as its been closed longer than ive lived in yeovil the only worry i have is its got security signs lol.

hopefully the weather will do it justice .

I'm a real whimp when it comes to security signs lol - thankfully there's no security signs at all at East Fortune

If you pm me the name of the place your hoping to go to, I may know the best access or security situation.

im affraid i dont have a name, ive tried searching the web but nothing comes up, all i know is its on henford road,yeovil.

im going to do a drive by first then park opposite down a road hidden away theres a public path that runs down the side so i could sneak in .

hopefully il get a nice atmosphere like yours have captured

I think the Stirlingshire Health Trust need to get their act together. No wonder there aren't any patients to be seen - look at the state of the place! The wards wouldn't have been allowed to get in such a state in the old days with a Ward Matron around.

I'll bet MSRA and Clostridium Difficile are least of the problems in the East Fortune Hospital!

I see what you mean about the reference to Silent Hill. Where`s the screaming kid...??
