      Dennis, the post code is SA4 0XB.

      Come off the M4 at J48, and turn right towards Hendy. Go through two sets of traffic lights, and the building and car park are on the right, approximately 300 yards down the road. A big grey building....

      Be nice to see you there, I will be ordering a breakfast at around 8am.....

      We can have a quick walk around the Nature Trail afterwards. It is only 600 yards long, so no need for an extra SD card...

      It is certainly a nice building. 2 reception rooms, a café and a large birthday party room. All of which have sliding walls, so can be opened up for a wedding venue...

      And downstairs, is a ladies gym..........

      The breakfast was good, I even had my photos being displayed on a slideshow.

          Yea, the odd breakfast would work, alas cakes are out of my diet, being diabetic. My role is to others to do the biz, as the Centre will need the locals to come and enjoy what's on offer...

            I think the Barnett formula ensures you get about 11% more of the cherry than the English do!
