They offer great stuff at good prices.

    BUT....

They are incapable of finding my address!

It seems impossible to get through their wall of AI chatbots to speak to a human being.
Has anyone else gone through this and found a way to communicate with them?

    Driving me crazy right now.

Try a email to both of these ... I usually get a response - Customer service: [email protected] and [email protected]

Through their Chat system, I chatted to a couple of humans - A parcel had been delivered incorrectly to my place so I contacted them. The parcel didn't have a complete address so I have no idea why the deliverer though mine would do. They ended up saying 'we have no way of finding out who is the correct person or returning it so either throw it or keep it". Looked inside and it was, from my point of view, just junk. Short summary - the customer support chat did get to humans.

I often get a quick response via Facebook (but you need an account). Sad state of affairs when you have to use back-door methods to contacting a company. Those b****y Bots intensely annoy me, I never use the damn things.

So I buy several books. A few days later I get emails asking for feedback. Maybe I should get one on speed-reading?

As they ask for feedback for commercial purposes, why not ask for a feedback fee ... say fifty quid for eg. ... Good luck with that!
