  • NBGW, great restoration, but....

    National Botanic Garden of Wales that is.

    But where have all the birds gone.

    Fabulous restoration, second year now I think, but they forgot the birds.

    This is the largest of the lakes/water features and hardly a bird to be seen, either wet or dry.

    Such a shame.

      They forgot to import them, there just aren't any.

        Birds fly! Into and out of lakes. I have never hear of deliberate introduction. Those at the Wildfowl Trust mostly arrive of their own accord.

          I'm being facesious Harold, not a bird to be seen.

          I'd have thought that waters like this would have naturally been populated by now.
