    The Hermit of Treig - BBC Programme

    I watched this programme about a 74 year old chap who has lived a solitary life for some 40 years or so off grid in a cabin in the Scottish Highlands not far from Fort William. I found it quite fascinating. Some photography interest as well as he takes photographs to record his memories - I think he had a Zenit film camera. It looks like the programme will be available for a month or so on BBC iPlayer - worth a watch if interested in this sort of thing.
