Just reading News online today and really wonder about the sanity of some folk. How about this gem -

" Dr Diana Warner, a member of Extinction Rebellion offshoot, demanded that the Roads Agency work with protesters to “ensure safety for everyone” amid its efforts to block traffic on major roads. Motorway speed limits should be reduced to 10mph during our protests. "

Is she seriously suggesting that all traffic on a motorway immediately slows down to 10mph as soon as Insulate Britain protesters show up, so that they can safely step out into the motorway and proceed to halt all traffic ?

Perhaps we should give her exactly what she wants - everyone slows down to 10mph but do not stop - the protesters should be able to avoid such slow moving traffic without too much trouble.

These people have no idea about the extra emissions from slow moving/stationary vehicles.

when considering the average intelligence of these people, remember that half of them are of lower intelligence…
