Iriun wouldn't work over WiFi on my home network (only tried with PC though - not Mac). An app called Droid Cam (PC, Linux and Android only) worked quite well. Main problem for me is positioning the phone/camera. I would love to try my E-M1 mk II and Panasonic GX9 as web cams but, for some reason, capture devices seem to be as scarce as hair clippers at the moment.

Olympus have a complete guide on using an Olympus camera as a webcam:
The Elgato Camlink 4K device (or similar) required to capture the HDMI into the computer is about £120 if you can get one. I can see this would be a good setup for a professional or a serious VLogger - it is frustrating though to have so many devices around the house that can capture video and / or audio but not work together out of the box as a complete solution for it! Especially as the cameras have USB and WiFi which might provide a solution via software.

That's super. Thanks. Certainly if I'm doing a presentation to the higher ups, and want to look my best (and for them to see just how truly awful my lockdown hair is), then I'd like to have a go at something like this. Either way, we're talking skills I don't particularly have but would surely come in handy if acquired.Originally posted by BDennis View PostOlympus have a complete guide on using an Olympus camera as a webcam:
