I recently bought a ciss ink system for my printer from cityinkexpress. I went for the more expensive set with Lyson inks. Unfortunately when printing on any type of gloss paper the dark colours are muddy and wont dry, staying like this even days after printing. I have been in touch and they say i must have mixed up the two blacks. I am definitely sure that this was not the case and if the blacks are the wrong way round , it is because the wrong inks were in the wrongly marked bottles. They want me to empty the two blacks and swap them around. Something that I am not willing to do.I also hope it hasn't damaged my printer, as it is new. I have sent for a set of cartridges to replace the ciss and check out the printer before I reply to them again. Do you think I am being unreasonable asking for a refund?
