Just been making dinner, HB steak and kiddly pud. I like HB recipes, lots of wine. Sometimes I even put some in the food.

Last year I decided I was overweight (BMI 25 going on 26) at the same time I was doing most of the cooking as my wife was recovering from an operation.

I had seen the HB series on dieting and bought their "Hairy Dieters" cookbook. In three months I went from 85kg to 67 (BM1 now 20). A year later I am still 67kg and using their second "Hairy Dieters" book.

Good fun cooking and lovely food - well done Si and Dave...
