"Tonight at precisely 8:22 and 30 seconds, the Heisenberg Society will meet... somewhere."
Look, I'm an old man. I shouldn't be expected to put up with this.

Yes, but if they know where, what time will change.

BTW. The Schrodinger club are having their annual meeting. If you think you have a cat, please feel free to bring it.

I was trying to come up with a joke about scanning until I realised it was Heidlberg that make scanners.
It's the image that's important, not the tools used to make it.

              Also.
The Peter society were also due to meet but due to all the current members having reached their Level of Incompetance no one arranged the meeting.

What a strange way to describe a meeting of the Heisenberg Society, surely it is always true to say (whenever the meeting will be held), that the meeting will have happened in the lounge of the Eigenstate hotel.

Though it will only occur when the Society is said to have collapsed.

Stevie Smith predicted this in her most famous poem which is naturally all about quantum waves.

BTW. You are, in principle, unable to join the Pauli club.

I've heard the meetings of the Michael Farady club are shocking!
Other physicists clubs can be a right Bhor and Van der vaal's club has very little to hold it together.
Membership at Newton's Society has taken a fall too.
Einstein's is doing okay, reletivley speaking.

                    Ouch!

When drinks are free that kind of details don't tend to matter much.

You can know where the meeting is but not how long it will last, or you may know how long it will last, but not its location!

I can tell you from experience, that it is a law of nature that as long as the drinks are free, everybody will be there, drinking. None of them will be bothered about details like time and place (not then and not afterwards, ask the wives).
Even the laws of gravity become questionable in these circumstances, but this
is the sort of magic that keeps the Universe going and mankind sane, because it's one of the very few things you can always depend on.
