      Until I decide otherwise I'm just using the on-board graphics, which has DVI, HDMI, and VGA ports. As I don't do heavy PS editing I'm hoping it will suffice, but I'm prepared to shove in a dedicated card if I have issues.

        This might be like teaching my granny to suck eggs but..
        It's recommended that you ensure auto defrag is switched off on an SSD drive. I think Win7 does switch it off as default but it's worth checking.

          Thanks Jamie. I was aware of this, and checked that Win7 has indeed performed as promised! I was worried that it might have switched off auto-defrag for all drives, but it has behaved sensibly!
