I'm afraid the answer to you question is they won't ever learn. They are clueless, ignorant and aggressive by nature... they will never learn - regardless of what happens.

The problem is, because it's photography, I don't think there will ever be enough of a critical mass of discontent (i.e. lots people shoving lots of solicitors up lots of unpleasant peoples' *****) to restore rule of law on this one. Just my two penneth.....
