  • HELP! Flickr question

Yep - I have at last succumbed to Flickr.
My question is how do I save my photo to maximize my space on Flickr without compromising quality.

eg. What is the appropriate ppi 70/100/300 ppi
    What is the appropriate height
    What is the appropriate width

All help gratefully accepted,as this a new area to me.
    Thanks in advance
    Benedict

      Re: Flickr question

      Thanks Chevvyf1 for that.
I am in the process of photographing the Beaches of the Gower and also putting together a project on the Castles of South Wales which I will eventually put up on Flickr - I know prevously you said you were interested in the Gower. If you have any particular shot(s) you may want to see on there let me know - I might be able to get them on my travels.

I don't do any resizing. I exclusively use LR to submit photos to Flickr, and let that macro or whatever it uses take care of any resizing.

          Re: Flickr question

I don't resize either. I upload the full size jpeg so that I have backups if something happens to my PC and my backup drive. I could lose the RAW files and Photoshop files, of course, but at least having jpegs is something if disaster strikes.
