    Hi all...Putting this here to hopefully get noticed a bit quicker than in the camera section.....

    On my E500 Which I have started using a bit more recently I turned on today and looked if I had deleted the last shots and nothing came up.....so I took a few shots and saw them on the back but when I called them up on Playback there was nothing there.
    Connected up to Master 2 and they downloaded so they were recorded.

    I had earlier had to reset the date and time as it was on the default setting so has something gone wrong in the guts of the workings.

    p.s.While in the menu I set a few other things like picture mode and looked through the whole menu settings so might I have set something by accident to disable the playback.

    Do you have two memory cards installed, if so check your viewing (playing back) from the one you recorded the shots on.

    I seam to recall something similar with my E500 a while back.

      Thanks Jason...........Panic over ..I hope.

      I had tried the camera with no lens and then the 14-42 and it had the problem.

      It had stopped raining and although I had lost nearly all the light I got out into the garden as I have waited 2 days to snap an Iris by my pond.
      I slapped on the Sigma 105 and even though I would not have playback I was desperate to get something...and it was working properly.....so I don't know why it wasn't working or now working.

      Strange....

        Hard to explain that one but hopefully it's now resolved.
