Looks like sound advice! Makes me wonder though, whoever drafted that - did they do it for free?

I think this should apply to graphic design / website work too, the amounts of times I get told "oh do this job for free so I can see what your like and I'll have tons of work for you in the future" who knows maybe I'd be a millionaire by now, but I very much doubt it
