  • OM Systems UK site login not working, no contact form, no password reset available...

    Hello Everyone,
    Just wondering if anyone else finds it impossible to log in to OM systems shop, register products or contact support? Perhaps they are doing maintenance?

    My usual login doesn't work, so I tried resetting password but get a message "we cannot send password reset email". I clicked "contact support" and got a blank page with instructions to fill in a form which wasn't there.

    I was only trying to arrange sending my OM-1 to have the stiff dial fixed.

    Yes, I had exactly the same problem yesterday (Saturday) and have emailed the site support with a complaint. Though with little hope of a response!

      Same here, login to their shop and product registration site are both broken.

      This is why when I registered an extended warranty I bought for my lens on Friday I took a PDF impression of the registration on the page with the details, it seems to be unavailable too often for comfort!

        I too for the first time in some while thought I would login to both "my account" and also the Shop Account.................neither seemed to know me and neither it seems does the "Forgotten Password" actually do what it says on the tin.

        I recall various times when this failed in the same way with Olympus sites and indeed in the first days of OM Systems ownership. In both instances, especially the Web Shop required the creation of a new account. Plus, IIRC now the webshop order history was lost after the takeover but thankfully the My Account transferred AOK.

        Having said, I recall being reassured that all the hiccoughs had been resolved and all would be well....but apparently not as robustly as it should be

        Hopefully fixed very very soon

          Have to add that I gave up on a Cash Back offer as the site was not acknowledging my claim...

            Although I have registered with om for emails re gear, offers, firmware updates, events etc. I never seem to get anything. Pretty poor support for customers!,

              I just tried to login to my account to check the progress of my cashback claim which is now 4 days overdue but the site doesn't recognise my username and password, somewhat concerning.

                I have just tried again and seems to be working now with my normal login details. I sent an email to the address in the latest email I received about their online talks, but had no reply. Let’s keep our fingers crossed….

                  Thanks Andy, I have managed to login too, unfortunately the cashback process hasn't completed yet, but at least I can keep track of it.

                My attention was drawn to the shop now showing a notice about a switch to a new logistics supplier!

                So seems that my order placed might be delayed?

                I sincerely hope this switch of Logistics Supplier goes more smoothly than the one that IIRC impacted the Olympus to OM Systems.

                Is this switch possibly the reason for webshop & MyAccount access ???
