  • Sold Google Pixel 7A SOLD elsewhere

I have for sale a mint condition Google pixel 7 A and have been given permission to post this on here by Ian (many thanks)
I had a poor experience with FB Marketplace scammers so I would like to offer it to the Olympus friends on here.

I am selling my mint condition Bay Blue Google Pixel 7A 128gb storage and 8gb Ram with the Tensor chip 2
I have owned it since August this year and it has been faultless. I bought it from the Google store direct and I assume that the warranty follows it, generally Google ask for the IMEI details if any fault develops with it. It has an excellent camera and typically of the pixel line up it the photos are very good. Also worth mentioning is the amazing ability to talk to the phone to text, WhatsApp and email all with AI !
As it's the 7A it has a plastic back which is a blessing in disguise as it's much more durable than the usual glass sandwich!

It comes with a retro case which is a copy of a TDK tape cassette

It also comes with its original box and unused cable and SIM pin ejection tool

Selling due to wanting to fund a non smartphone purchase as a detox from them ( nothing wrong with this phone though!)

So if you would like it I can offer on here for £285 including delivery of course and I will make a donation to the forum too.

This is a really very good phone that would suit many people its a good quality Google device that could be for any member of your families

Please in the first instance message me through this system
    Many thanks

    Mark

My daughter has a 6a - the predecessor model and is happy with it. The camera is quite good by most accounts.

    Has there been any interest?

No sadly no true interest yet Ian (thanks for letting me post it) it is in such good condition (I always look after my stuff) that it would make a great Christmas present for someone

I've got the 7 pro and tbh the camera is amazing. I still prefer the Oly but to be able to do hand held astro shots on a phone is just weird. My wife has just had a new iPhone and I'm sure the night shots she got with it at the Chester Christmas market are better than I got from the OM1! Phone camera tech has advanced in leaps and bounds in the last few years. At £285 this seems like a good buy to me. Good luck with the sale.

My wife has a Pixel too, they have a very clever night light enhancing feature in the camera.

Oly/OMS cameras with HHHR use the same basic technique as smartphones that can take very low light photos. They blend multiple shots in real time, which reduces noise and boosts dynamic range as well as boosting exposure. You do need to hold the phone very steady though. My 4 1/2 year old Huawei P30 Pro does this, so it's not that new. It can take colour shots in near darkness thanks to the above and a clever sensor that uses a modified Bayer filter array.

It might be good to add the RAM memory size and GB of internal storage 👍

Not in the market, MK1, as like Ian, I am happy with the P30 Pro, but I can say that your price is more than fair, being 2/3 the price of a refurbished 7a from my usual source.

This seems like a great purchase. Sadly we’re all in the Apple ecosystem which brings its own benefits and hindrances.
