  • For sale MFT lenses for sale

Now that I've upgraded my lens collection (40-150/2.8 and 100-400) I have two near mint MFT lenses for sale.

Olympus 40-150/4-5.6 This has hardly been used and is in virtually new condition apart from a couple of minor blemishes on the lens hood. No box but comes in a soft pouch with Skylight 1B filter which has been on since new. inc RMSD

Panasonic 100-300/4-5.6 This has also seen little use apart from a couple of safaris. It too has a couple of minor blemishes on the lens hood but is otherwise unmarked. Boxed and supplied with UV filter which has been on since new. Many reckon this to be better than its Oly equivalent. inc RMSD.

    Please pm me if interested.

I should have mentioned that both lenses are black.

Alas I purchased a 40-150/4-5.6 not long ago otherwise I would have jumped at this one. Someone may want the portability of this little lens.

If I were you, I'd keep the 40-150mm. I sold mine and regret it a bit. The only reason not to have one is if you already have the Panasonic 35-100mm f/4-5.6

This lens, due to its radically different size, is a complement for the 40-150mm f/2.8, not something replaced by it. There are times when you will not need the f/2.8 and won't want to carry it.

I've been rationalising my lenses recently and have tended to go for the 2.8s whenever possible. The extra size/weight are more than offset for my purposes by weatherproofing etc. I find the 35-100/2.8 a surprisingly good walkabout lens as it is more compact than you might expect. My main wildlife lens is now the 100-400 but the 40-150/2.8 or 35-100 are useful for larger animals close to the car when on safari.

              40-150 sold subject to payment.

              100-300 still available.

Your last chance for the 100-300 before it goes to eBay.
