I have a queue of three people awaiting the following photos...
You get the box, all the original plastic bags, instructions and assorted stickers, pouch, original front and rear lens covers, original lens hood, and errr..... oh yes, the lens! 
Lens is in "as new" condition as far as I can tell!
No filter fitted for sale.
According to the Lightroom metadata it's been used 1273 times! not all for macro, it's a good portrait lens too!
