I'll bump this for you and add my experience of the GX7, for what it's worth; this might help your sale.
I have recently acquired a GX7 myself, and I must say I'm liking the user interface quite a lot. The menu is a breeze compared to Olympus (I already have an EM5 and an EP5, so have some experience) and intuitive, you could easily bypass the user manual / DVD to set it up as you want. A bonus for me is the in-built EVF in a such a compact format. Buy and I doubt you'll be disappointed.

I agree about the UI, I've always found the panny easier to use than the oly, but the oly colours are still special
As regards the GX7 itself I just struggled with the handling and realised I prefer the slightly bigger bodies. Technically it was superb.
I have actually just sold the GX7 body and will hopefully get an EM1 one day.......
