I'm having a clear out and since, sadly, I have just replaced my last CRT monitor, I'm going to give the three CRTs sitting here in my office one more stay of execution before they are shipped to the recycling centre. The one I have just replaced is an iiyama 22 inch Vision Master Pro 514. There is nothing wrong with it, but as most of us have also decided, I prefer the space saving of an LCD. It's a proper flat screen tube. and can happily display 1600x1200 at a flicker-free refresh rate. I Also have a 19 inch LG Flatron.
Maybe of more interest to computer historians, I also have an Acorn Risc PC complete with original AKF-60 17 inch monitor. I reckon these could have some value, so I may well ebay them, but the iiyama and LG monitors - I'd gladly give these to anyone who can offer them a new home, collect from Hemel Hempstead.
