Something had been messing about with my improvised cat-proof hedgehog feeding station / shelter, craftily pulling the food dish out and scoffing the lot. Not something the local cats would do. So I have been monitoring it with my wildlife camera. From last night's activity it turns out it was a fox (confirming my suspicions) - this time it ate all the food and stole the dish! I made a composition of video clips from the wildlife camera - all B&W I'm afraid and a bit fuzzy.
I've put some food out tonight to see if it comes back. Not sure if I should be encouraging it into the garden but I quite like foxes and they're apparently about. I could do with a wildlife camera that has WiFi and maybe pings me when there's any action. I'd probably have to use flash to get any photos on the OM camera though or maybe get it comfortable with LED "garden lights".
