  • Camera sens setting

Just a thought . Of late I have noticed that a lot of my photos are tending to be if anything oversharp . I checked this morning while out going into my initial camera set up and noticed that I had vivid and +1 in sharpness set .. vivid I don’t mind but I think the +1was a throwback to when I had the 100 -400 .. anyway changed it and will see if it makes an6 difference .. only got dragon flies today unfortunately .. to many grackles out covering the beaches in sun tan oil

Both those settings are only relevant to In-camera JPEGs or as default settings for RAW processing in OM Workspace, though it may have an effect on what you see in the camera live view.

that's what the pundits tell us Ian , but gut feeling says some of it DOES effect the RAW files ..

Then they wouldn't be RAW files. Some settings may affect exposure, but sharpness and colour are all done after the RAW file data is frozen in the camera.

I’ll err on the side of gut feelings Ian .. my mind can’t take in to much technical stuff 😎😎
