  • Topaz Screen size

I enjoy using Topaz Denise, but I cannot get the screen interface right. At the recommended screen defaults, half or so of the commands/sliders are not on the screen. I have to use the mouse to pull down to get at the sliders.

I have changed the computer display, mainly the screen size (normally 150 per cent ) to 125 pc, but then I have to use a magnifying glass to read the screen.

Maybe its just my Dell computer ...but this problem is just limited to Topaz...🤢

What size is your screen in terms of pixels x pixels. Are your Windows 10 display settings set correctly?
On my mac, the right-hand sliders always stay the same size even if I shrink the window down, only the image area shrinks. I have mine set to 100% view and Split view selected.

      1920 by 1080... as recommended...

In the Topaz interface, its the right handed side of the screen that is too big...I will show a screen shot below...

Screen shot of Topaz. It seems to be the only programme (that I am aware of) that is affected....

Very Strange. As blackfox says it must be a Windows thing.

I'll drop Topaz a line and see if they recognise the problem. Thanks anyway..:-))

Works fine on my Windows PC 1920 x 1080 and I can read it perfectly clear at 100%. Maybe changing it to 125% is confusing Topaz what happens if you set your screen to 100% as a test?

Thanks for that. It does work, everything is so small. Maybe its something I have to get used to.The 150% is recommended and make seeing things easier, and which I prefer..

I have windows with no problems with 27” at 4K resolution. Check the windows settings for font sizes, when you increase the number of pixels you should also increase the fonts size.

Thanks for that I will try. But in the end, its only Topaz that's a minor problem...::-))
