If any industry is going to lose sales, apart from the hospitality sectors, it is likely to be the photography-based one.

Given the reduction of local photographic retailers over the last few years and many purchasers doing so online prior to the onset of Covid-19, it may not have a dramatic effect. Camera sales have been dropping for several years.

All manufacturing industries not producing Covid related products will be suffering very badly. Industries who rely on face to face sales such as the car manufacturers are already reporting drops in sales of over 90%. and whilst the photographic industry may concern members here I doubt very much if it's high on the list of concerns globally.

Well, much the same can be said about many industries at the moment, If the governments around the world work together and minimise the overall effect then things will pick up and survive, however if isolationism continues (looking at America and UK here) then this will have a roll over effect on everyone else and the economy as we currently know it will fail into a new shape.

One hopes that the changes we've seen that are positive for people carry over, but somehow I expect us to fail at that, and things will get progressively worse over the next generation or two!

Nothing like a positive outlook on life!
