  • Do Wex accept returns if what you ordered doesn't quite fit?!

    Just wondering whether anyone has returned something to Wex not because it was faulty but because it just wasn't quite what you wanted? I've recently ordered a case and it isn't quite right...no fault of Wex, just one of those things.

    I appreciate that they are in no way obliged to accept returns for situations like this, but I just wondered if anyone had any experience of this?

    There really good on there returns policy ,best give customer services a ring and explain they should provide a printable returns label .doubt they will refuse

      I think this should be covered by their 30 day returns policy, I’ve never needed it but details are here

        Thanks for clarifying...and yes, phoned them up and sorted a return including a prepaid postage label! Really excellent service

          Yes. I ordered a backpack last week and it wasn’t the size I hoped. 30 days no quibble return although the return was at my cost.

            Assuming you've ordered it on-line there is a statuary 14 day, no obligation, no fault, return policy under UK law. Applies to anything retailed on the internet in the UK, a cooling off period.
