  • Viewer2,is it my eyesight?

After various problems finally got viewer2 to download (problems with my windows setup). Now that I have I think possibly my eyesight is failing.
I have been using Ltrm Beta 3 and previously 2.5 for raw proccessing however I actually think that Viewer is producing better convertions of my 620 pics.
Now I don't know if this is just an initial impression of new software or it's true.
I am finding that both shadows and highlights are handled better in Viewer.Anyone else see any difference.

Sorry Iain to go a bit off topic, but could I ask what problem you had downloading it, as I have windows vista & I can only get 57% of the program to download then it just stops! Is this the same problem you had? If so how did you fix it? Thank you for any help!
    Regards James.

I cannot say if it is your eye sight Iain as I cannot even get it to install on my computer.

Saying that I've never been completly happy how ACR handles ORF files.
        Regards Paul.
One day I hope to be the person my dogs think I am.

What I had to do was remove both programmes and then clean the registry of all reference to Olympus.I then redownloaded Viewer and installed.Worked first time.I also switched my AVG security off during the install.Worked perfectly.
