  • Sony ARW files into OM Workspace

I've just given one of my sons an OM-1 and he's downloaded OM Workspace to edit his pics. A couple of years ago, when I was using Sony gear, he used one of my cameras and took a lot of pics on the Farne Islands. These are in Sony ARW RAW format.

Is there a way he can convert and import these into OM Workspace? Preferably as RAW files.

Download an appropriate version of Imaging Edge (free). I use IE Editor to output (not save) ARWs as TIFFs.

I don't think so - OM Workspace is completely focused on Olympus and OM System files formats.

I did a quick test and OM Workspace will only open ORF, JPG and TIF files, any other file format isn't recognised for preview.
