    Olympus viewer

    Has anyone had trouble with Olympus viewer freezing when downloading from memory card? It has happened a few times since I got my OM-D. I use a mac with Lion.

    Lion may very well be THE problem. I was warned off upgrading to Lion as it has reportedly been creating / giving problems across a swathe of software. My German friend who is quite well up on all things Mac, gave up and went back to Snow Leopard.

      I always copy from the card in a card Reader to a folder or directory using Finder and offer the image files to the process program. Never seen a problem doing this with any of the big cats.

        Thanks Guy. Don't have a problem now, Lightroom 4 has arrived!!
