photoshop help

I'm looking (and failing to find) a tutorial to create a 'blobby' text effect. I need the slogan "COBBLE SHOP CUSTARDS" in text that looks like custard

Strange request I know but if anyone can point me in the right direction (I'm still running PS7) I'd be very grateful........ or if it's not too time consuming for anyone who's a dab hand at these things, could you knock it up for me? I'm thinking 'cobble shop' on one line and 'custards' below, but all blobbing together.
