It's somewhat pidgeon English (Google translate), but if you work your way through it, there's some excellent information here. Personally I think the 12-100 is a triumph of lens design and I really take my hat off to the team. I hope they all got a good bonus this year!

Re: Interview with 12-100 design team
I lost the will to live about half way through the translation, but that's to take absolutely nothing away from their achievement!
I've just been working my way through some of my Outer Hebridean landscapes taken with this lens, which I tried both with and without a tripod (decreasingly, in fact, as each day went by and I got more confident with it at longer exposures).
I could actually have dispensed with carrying a tripod altogether, except for some 20 - 30s exposures at ISO 'Low' with a 10-stop ND of surf around some lovely stripey rocks on North Uist. These look to have come out quite well, and it is nice to be able to do that to water and clouds when the subject fits.
It was really wonderful not to have to risk switching lenses in the windblown sand and spray, and the dual IS kept everything stable despite me at times being buffeted to and fro by the wind. I ended up doing far more telephoto landscapes than I normally doRegards,
Mark
