This is an enlarger lens with a superior performance, a little better than the Canon ME-65, for high magnification macro. Out of curiosity, I tried it for distance, in this case about 200 feel and at f11.
I use this view for a quick test for my newly-acquired lenses.
Our school darkroom had a Schneider enlarger lens - but no memories of which model it was. it performed very well.
You might have got better results at f/5.6?

I wasn't going to pursue the matter, as I had no intention of using it at distance, not least because it has no helical focusing. My curiosity was satisfied.
I would never suggest that anyone pay the £400+ for such use when they could buy a more versatile lens for less.
