35mm OM lenses with digital OM

Here I am, pretty well convinced about the OM10.
Another question for all you pros:

There are many older OM 'film' lenses going for reasonable prices.
Here are a couple:

Olympus Zuiko 50mm f1.8 Serial No. 3617967
Olympus Zuiko 50mm f1.8 Silver Nose
I assume you need an adapter and then what about focus and how the camera reacts to a non 4/3 lens?

The silver nose is an early version and could be single coated rather than multi coated. They will be manual focus and either aperture priority or manual exposure.

No problem to use an OM lens on an E camera via an adapter. Obviously, as David says, it will be manual focus and for AE you have to use aperture priority (as the camera can't control the shutter speed of the lens) but otherwise OM lenses work well.

There is an OM 35mm/2.8 for sale on here at the moment which would make a very good short tele portrait lens.

If you look on my Flickr page bellow all the photos were taken using OM or M42 lenses. If you are not in too much of a rush to take your photos then they are a pleasure to use. I use them with an E600 but you will find it a lot simpler with your OM10 with focus peaking and the like. I have to use +0.7 exposure compensation with my set up not sure how M4/3 fair.
