It is a fairly common question, so here goes. I made a quick and nasty pic with my Lumix to put the pouches in context. Unfortunately, I didn't have the 1022 handy at the time.

LSC = soft case
LSH = hard case
LSC-0710 for:
25mm F2.8
EC-14
EX-25
LSC-0814 for:
8mm F3.5 Fisheye
14-42mm F3.5-5.6
17.5-45 mm F3.5-5.6
35mm F3.5 Macro
50mm F2.0 Macro
40-150mm F4.0-5.6 Mark II (blue ring, smaller)
EC-20
LSC-0816 for:
14-45mm F3.5-5.6
14-54mm F2.8-3.5 Mark I (no blue ring)
LSC-0918 for:
9-18mm F4.0-5.6
11-22mm F2.8-3.5
12-60mm F2.8-4.0 SWD
14-54mm F2.8-3.5 Mark II (blue ring)
40-150mm F3.5-4.5 Mark I (no blue ring, bigger)
LSC-1022 for:
7-14mm F4.0
14-35mm F2.0 SWD
70-300mm F4.0-5.6
LSH-1220 for:
150mm F2.0
ED 50-200mm F2.8-3.5
ED 50-200mm F2.8-3.5 SWD
LSH-1326 for:
35-100mm F2.0
LSH-1738 for:
300mm F2.8
90-250mm F2.8
Note 1: The official Olympus brochures mention ref. LSC-0918 as fitting the 70-300mm F4.0-5.6, but it is a mistake. When the lens is inside that particular pouch, you cannot close the pouch using the drawstring. Better than nothing, but not ideal.
Note 2: LSC-1022 is often referenced as being a hard case by online shops (photo of a hard case shown on Amazon and others), but it is a soft case.
There. No excuse not to know your Oly pouches now !
