Ffordes emailed yesterday afternoon to say that my EM-1 body would be despatched tomorrow.
However they told me that the 12-40mm kits would not be available until November and there was no mention of the lens on its own being available.
I think Ffordes have a habit of marking 'Just In' on items when they are newly listed on their website rather than confirming they are in stock.

I think the wait goes on!

Thanks Dave, that probably explains it - must admit I was surprised. I was actually checking if prices for the more modest 12-50mm have started to drop yet.

Mmmmmm Ffordes told me they only had one EM1 arrive and that it had already been despatched on Monday....!

Got an email from Ross (Alister is on holiday) about 2.30 yesterday afternoon to say that they had taken delivery of a couple of bodies and did I still want one.
Will let you know when it arrives tomorrow (can't wait!).

Ah lucky you... I was told they would let me know when any arrive in case I'd be happy with the body only..... For now.... No email or phone so I suppose both were scooped up!
