Tough TG-7 on the Digital Story podcast
Not sure where to post this but, for the Oly TG-7 Tough fans on here, the latest edition of Derrick Story’s ‘Digital Story Podcast’ (no. 1,035, Jan. 20, 2026) is titled "5 Impressive TG-7 Features You May Not Know About.”
It includes some basic details on the camera’s inbuilt IR capabilities, which I wasn’t aware of - I’ve been finding excuses not to buy a TG Tough for years, and this might be enough to tip me over the edge 😬
Has anyone else tried this?
He also covers a couple of other photo-related issues, including photography on private land in the UK, and the Ricoh GRIV mono.
I like Derrick, and I've been listening to his podcast for years. Once you get past his low key but very-Californian style, he's full of real life practical information and he uses OMS, Nikon and Pentax cameras so he brings a non-partisan viewpoint.
