I have been looking for a new dslr, olympus pref and i thought the e450 or e520 would be a good choice, however i have been told that compared to the e510 the e520/e450 produce "softer" pictures ? i.e. not quite as sharp can anyone expand on this ? or is it just one mans perspective ?
thanks
You can adjust the sharpness of camera JPEGs via the noise filter and sharpness controls. The E-450 utilises the later TruePic image processor and so doesn't suffer from high ISO banding. So I think the question over sharpness is a red herring.
