Given the buffer cycling which this camera does, is there one memory card which is better than another in terms of the reducing this cycle time? Is cycle time reduced by smaller card size?

The OM Systems reference list has 8gb as the highest card. Can anyone comment on their experience using this? Will any high capacity card definitely fail?
The model numbers listed on the OM Systems document are not easily found. If the card is the same size and only the last number is different will it work in the E1?
What cards are you using with the E1?
